Blueberry Box installation material
Blueberry Modern. For a number of yearsI have been intrigued by the riotous colours of the thousands of Blueberry boxes found throughout the Maritimes. In August when blueberry harvesting starts they are distributed in piles around the landscape of rural New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.
I hope to use these blueberry boxes strong formal properties to create large architectural installations in isolated areas. These installations will hopefully give new meaning and import to these arresting quotidian agricultural objects.
